Delete your account & data

This page explains how to remove the data Guildbound: Tales of the Deep (com.mani.guildbound), published by A Byte of Everything, stores for you. It applies only if you turned on Online save. If you never did, nothing of yours is stored anywhere but your own device, and uninstalling the game is enough.

Delete it from inside the game

What gets deleted

• Your cloud save — party, heroes, gear and progress.
• Your Arena profile, including your party name, posted defence and rating.
• Your opponent records.
• Every stored Arena match you took part in, on both sides of the fight.
• The account itself, including the Google sign-in link if you made one.

This happens immediately and is not recoverable. There is no grace period and no archived copy.

What is not affected

• Local progress on other devices. Deleting clears the cloud copy and the progress on the device you deleted from. A copy on a second device is removed by uninstalling there.
• Your Google account. Guildbound only ever held a link to it, never control of it.

If you would rather just stop syncing

Sign out in Settings → Online save. Your cloud data is left untouched and you can sign back in later to restore it. Note that signing out also clears local progress on that device — the game asks you to confirm this first — so sign back in to bring your save down again.

If you cannot reach the in-game option

Email thegeniusduke@gmail.com from the Google account you signed in with, with the subject "Guildbound account deletion". Deletion is completed within 30 days. We ask you to write from the signed-in account because it is the only way to confirm the request is yours.

Retention

Guildbound keeps cloud data only while your account exists. Finished Arena matches expire automatically on a timer regardless of whether you delete anything. Nothing is retained for advertising or analytics, because neither system holds data about you in the first place.
